On Saturday July 29th 2023 @ 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time), Trackops will be performing several database and infrastructure upgrades that will affect both primary and replica databases. The duration of the maintenance is expected to last between 1 and 2 hours. During this maintenance window, access to all Trackops systems will be disabled and/or intermittent. We apologize in advance for the downtime, however it is necessary in order to maintain database concurrency during this upgrade. Regular progress updates will be posted to our status page throughout the duration of the maintenance.
