Are are continuing to try to circumvent an upstream infrastructure issue causing connectivity issues in the Canadian data center. This issue is affecting inbound/outbound email, PDF generation, as well as file processing and other related tasks. We are continuing to work on this issue. Updates to follow.

On Saturday, April 18 2025 @ 4 PM Eastern Time (1 PM Pacific Time), we will be performing database upgrades and maintenance on primary and replica databases. The duration of the maintenance is expected to last between 1 and 2 hours. During this maintenance window, access to all Trackops systems will be disabled and/or intermittent. We apologize in advance for the downtime, however it is necessary in order to maintain database concurrency during this upgrade. Regular progress updates will be posted to our status page throughout the duration of the maintenance.
