We have confirmed that traffic has been rerouted out of the Dallas TX data center and connectivity should be operational for everyone at this time. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Identified
An issue with our upstream proxy provider in the Dallas, TX area has reported issues and they are working to resolve the issue. At this time, systems are fully operational. If you are affected and have the option to jump on to a VPN using a different location, you will be able to gain access. We expect a quick resolution, updates to follow.

Investigating
We are currently looking into connectivity issues in some US Regions. We have confirmed that all systems are up and running and accepting the majority of traffic, however some IDP end points are failing to route based on geographic location. We will have updates shortly.
